Does mindfulness help with maintaining positive mental health in the workplace?

Yesterday BBC posted this article explaining how mindfulness doesn’t work for teenagers as most of them found it boring. Although many people are practicing mindfulness in the workplace, many people in business either find it boring or that it doesn’t work.

I think mindfulness is an important practice, however it is only part of the solution for maintaining positive mental health. What we need is a way of equipping everyone with the knowledge of how they work with their own minds and thus giving them the ability to manage their own mental wellbeing.
